PRAGMATIC TRAINING SERVICES Ltd HOME PAGE Pragmatic Training Services Ltd offers a professional, old fashioned, practical workshop style of training. Our Mission "To exceed the practical expectations of our customers." Company Profile PTS was formed in 1993 by bringing together a group of experienced managers and trainers to provide a realistic, practical approach to training for organisations in the service and care sectors of the UK. In 1996 we trained over 25000 NHS employees, managers and medical professionals to implement a new complaints procedure for patients. In 1997/8. Our trainers helped a national PLC to improve its gross profit margin by 4.5%, and its reported profit by over 90%, whilst holding sales levels within 1% of the previous year. In 1996 we added training services for Call Centres and Service Industry organisations.
